Irononpatches.UK makes custom embroidered, woven, velcro, and sew-on patches, as well as clothing labels and similar products, for businesses, brands, organisations, and individuals.

2. Orders & Approval Process

We review and accept all orders placed through Irononpatches.UK before processing them.

Before we start production, you may receive a digital design preview or mockup for approval. Please check all artwork, spelling, colours, sizes, and design details carefully before giving your approval.

After you approve the design and we start production, changes are usually not allowed.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by future pricing changes.

You need to pay in full before we start production, unless we agree otherwise.

We accept secure payments using trusted third-party providers.

4. Custom Products

Since we make each product to your specifications:

• Colours may look a little different from digital previews because of screen settings and how they are made
• Minor size or stitching variations may occur
• Customers must ensure they have permission to use submitted logos, trademarks, or artwork

Irononpatches.UK is not responsible for any copyright or trademark problems with designs you provide.

5. Production & Delivery

We provide estimated production and delivery times as a guide, but they may change depending on:

• Order quantity
• Design complexity
• Material availability
• Shipping carrier delays

We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but we cannot always guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Irononpatches.UK is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of custom patches and labels, orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

If there is a manufacturing issue or defect caused by us, please contact us within 5-7 days of receiving your order. We will look into the issue and try to find a good solution.

We consider refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs created by Irononpatches.UK, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Customers retain ownership of the artwork they provide.

When you send us designs, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.

• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content

The most we will pay for any issue is the amount you paid for that order.
